Gluten-free chicken nuggets and fries! My daughter was in heaven. They have many gluten-free items and a separate gluten-free menu. I had their lettuce wraps and bonito fries (also GF). Really enjoyed it!

Reached out to the restaurant after reading a recent review about a shared fryer and received this message:
We have 3 separate fryers and one fryer that is designated for GF items. We want to make it clear that we are not 100% gluten free restaurant and there could be a possible chance of cross contamination. We have not had any issues in the past but we just wanted to make that clear. Thank you.
So I ordered a ton of chicken nuggets, 5 piece chicken, and fries. Called to confirm they made them all in the dedicated fryer. I react very quickly to small amounts of gluten and I’ve been holding up great for the past few hours. Would go back time and again, just advocate for yourself.

Update: apparently no fried things are safe. Ive been eating them so often and am not just aware that they aren’t actually gluten free
Go to place. Always eat here. Never sick. Fried asian chicken nuggets with bonito fries 😻 and desert. Try the drinks! So good

I got the chicken pho with gluten-free noodles and it was absolutely delicious. I could’ve put that broth in a mug and drunk it by itself. I only complaint is there was a ton of chicken pieces in it other than that it was absolutely the most delicious pho I’ve ever had. the broth was incredibly rich and flavorful. Wish we had a place like that close to me.

Their food is fabulous!! They are great about what is gluten free, and it was delicious! If you don’t like cilantro, let them know!! They warned me on their website, but I forgot. Even with the cilantro the lettuce wraps were great. And I don’t like cilantro. The chocolate ganache was totally worth it!

If you are going for noodles, you are fine. If you are okay with cross-contamination in the fryer, you will enjoy it. If you have celiac disease - be aware - shared fryer. So while they have many non-gluten containing fried items, there is cross-contamination in the fryer.

Tried this restaurant based on the reviews. I guess I was expecting more. It was crazy loud in the restaurant and service was really slow!! My husband who has celiac ordered the fried chicken. We shared the fries and Brussels sprouts. I had the chicken nuggets. My nuggets were really dry. I thought the sprouts were good, but heavy on the sauce. The fries were fine, but nothing unusual. My husband’s chicken was good, but very small pieces. We don’t need to go back. On a positive note, no one got sick!!

Oh my god, the food was so good i almost cried when i was full because i wanted to keep eating. There is a separate gluten free menu which is like 80% of the original menu, the FRIED chicken was stupid good and the fried calamari is good enough to make you praise whatever god you hold dear. 12/10 seriously

If you have celiacs, please read this review.
Note: We went for dinner, so perhaps the menu is different for other times of the day.
First, the food is delicious, our server was lovely, and the space was beautiful.
However, the GF menu seems like it has a lot, but once we started asking questions, it got narrowed down to only a few items.
The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because they really are more CELIAC FRIENDLY. Very few options are celiac SAFE.
They do not have a dedicated fryer and this eliminates a lot of their GF options. Other than a few salads, the only safe option for my daughter with celiacs was the chicken ramen soup. They have a separate pot reserved for cooking the rice noodles. The chicken is seared (not fried) and I asked what was meant by soy marinated and was told they use tamari.
Our server was SO WONDERFUL! I will leave a place of someone sounds like they don't really understand celiacs or they won't admit they don't know something. Our server was knowledgeable, but admitted to not knowing about the fryer and went to check. I appreciated that she erred in the side of caution and said it was likely NOT a dedicated GF fryer.
There was one GF dessert and if you like chocolate, you'll love it. We had a safe and fun experience. The kitchen brought out my daughter's food separately and they had clearly "marked" it as super sensitive allergy (which was fine by me). I got the same soup myself and it was really delicious and filling.
If you have celiacs, you have to advocate for yourself here, but you will be supported by the kitchen and get tasty food!

Almost everything is gluten free or can be made gluten free. Fried chicken is cooked in separate frier and is breaded in rice flour. Ramen can be made with rice noodles boiled separately. Staff is very knowledgeable about preventing cross contamination. When they bring out the food, most of the time the staff will even call out that it’s gluten free, which is a nice reminder it wasn’t forgotten. Amazing outdoor space. Best place in Louisville for Celiac.

The servers were very knowledgeable and happy to accommodate! The overall atmosphere is really cool, and their gluten free selection is pretty large! They have, hands down, *the best* gf fried chicken I have had to date. Their ramen is also absolutely amazing. Portions are large, so be ready to eat a lot of you order more than one dish!

We did take out. There were 4 of us—me being the only GF in the bunch. I ate the “naked” fried chicken—it was delicious-also the one in “sweet soy”. I also had many sides—carrots, Brussels sprouts , street corn, pickle plate with Kim Che , bok Choi , Bonita fries and the chocolate desert—a fabulous meal! First time I have had fried chicken in 12 years! I would go again tonight if I could!

Gluten free fried chicken....so good!!!

One of the best allergen experiences I’ve had in Louisville. The menu isn’t marked but the wait staff is knowledge and the fried chicken and the ramen is gluten free.
This place has a good selection of gluten free items. Most of the menu can be made gluten free. Just ask your waiter. I ordered the gluten free, dairy free, egg free fried chicken and I was in heaven. It was the best fried chicken I've had since finding out that I have celiac disease 11 years ago! I also ordered the chicken ramen (without the egg) and it was also yummy BUT the fried chicken was the winner for me. My waiter was friendly and remembered all of my allergies. If you have missed deep fried fried chicken give this place a go!
