Review of Chipotle

I wanted to single out this location because they do an excellent job with keeping gluten and soy allergens safe from people - changing gloves and spoons on request. They also have two staff who ARE celiac and can really steer you towards the safest items. And they are willing to experiment on request (ever order off the "secret" menu like - nachos, corn tortilla quesadillas, etc.? It's a lot of fun.) This is my favorite location for the most friendly, flexible, and great staff. I've also used them for catering and they do a great job.
