Ate there this morning. EVERYTHING is GF, cooked/baked in house by the lovely owner and her mom. They helped my non-GF friends decide on a breakfast. Highly recommend the spinach omelet, add turkey, served with GF sourdough bread. My friends could not tell a difference with the GF and a non-GF version of the sourdough (from memory.) I had the waffles with fruit. Perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, served with lots of fruit. We also tried the yogurt and granola, yummy! Took away cinnamon buns and an individual cake. Um, yum!

Check out her website for GF/keto cooking classes and recipes. Will def return on my next trip. The owner is gluten intolerant, so she knows her stuff, 100%. Go see her!

I enjoyed a bagel with eggs that was delicious this morning and bought a sliced frozen pan de caja (sandwich bread) to take home. They let me ask a million questions and also asked me about other allergies. The bagel was more of a bun and had the slightest sweet taste but it was very good.

They offered me Silk brand oat milk after saying everything was gluten free and free of cc. Being so hungry at the time I hoped it couldn’t be that big of a cc issue so I didn’t question further and went ahead with a cinnamon roll and regular cappuccino. Unfortunately I did very clearly get glutened. I don’t care for Keto food anyway so no love lost.

We really enjoyed our coffee time at Chokolat! The owner was super nice, she took the time to review the items that didn’t have dairy, as we are dairy free as well. We had a doughnut and a little almond cake, a cappuccino and a espresso. We loved that the pastries were not too sweet and also delicious!

Everything is gluten free. The service was great. Although the owner asked me if I was celiac or just had allergies because they use ingredients without a certificate. I had to ask a lot of questions about the ingredients so I could decide what to eat (I just have celiac disease). At the end, everything was just perfect, but it seems that it is not specifically a celiac-friendly place, but a gluten-free dedicated place. There is no Cross Contamination but the owner was afraid about what could go wrong with some non certified ingredient. I definitely recommend this place and I will go back every time I come to the City.

I had an amazing alfajor (first one in a decade). Whole place is GF! Had great options for cookies, donuts, breads and more. Also had some breakfast / sandwich options that I didn’t try.
