I got the GF ice cream sandwich with two GF chocolate chip cookies. It was amazing! They have chocolate chip, double chocolate chip and snicker doodle gf flavors and several ice cream flavors that are safe. It was super rich and yummy!
Put my gluten free cookies in the same bag as the regular cookies, even though I was very specific that they needed to be separate. Admitted they made a mistake, but refused to give me a refund for the cookies I could no longer eat.

They have GF cookies in a separate case, and they go to the back to get vegan ice cream (the only choice). The employee changed gloves. However, they use the same scoop to make the GF and vegan sandwiches, so the scoop touches the vegan cookies, which are not GF. Not celiac friendly, though this could easily be remedied with a separate dedicated GF scoop. They did have a bin for one, but the employee said it wasn’t used.

Employee answered all questions & understood importance of avoiding cc for my daughter with celiac. Cookies are baked separately from those containing gluten. They are in the same display case but the gf cookies are above the baked good containing gluten. Employee cleaned & lined counter & changed gloves before handling my daughter's order. Pricey $4.99 for a cookie sandwich but she was thrilled that she could finally partake!
Best Gluten Free, dairy free ice cream sandwich around!!
I specified I was celiac but the shop employee didn’t know what flavors were gluten-free, and directed me to non-dairy flavors (I am not lactose intolerant)

We were excited to try CREAM because the website menu indicated which flavors were (& weren’t) gluten free, and even appeared to offer GF cookies for CREAM’s specialty, ice cream sandwiches. Unfortunately, not all staff were trained in safe GF/allergy food handling practices; the person helping us seemed annoyed by the request to change gloves and looked at me with blank confusion when I asked if the ice cream could be scooped with a fresh scoop from a fresh bin in the back, to avoid cross contamination. The manager came over and helped with the clean scooper, but apparently it would take too long to get a fresh container from the back (i think because it is frozen hard and would take too long to thaw? wasn’t 100% clear), so we ended up not getting ice cream. Kind of a bummer. There was one GF cookie (snickerdoodle - not a flavor we wanted so we passed); it was stored on the top shelf of the area where all the cookies are stored, so CC was possible but hard to tell.

They cute their GF cookies with the same spatula as non gf cookies. Watch out.

They do not understand cross-contamination. They put my gf cookies in a shared warmer, reminded them I had celiac and then they put the now cross-contaminated cookies back in with the gf cookies.
