They do not have a separate fryer for the fries. All fried in the same oil.

One of my go-to favs! I have celiac and feel comfortable eating. Just be sure to ask to have your food in a different bag from Non-gluten free.

This restaurant just opened. I had never been to a Culver's, but saw on their website that they have Udi's buns, so decided to give them a try. You get the heated up bun separate from the filling. They also have a dedicated fryer for the fries. They also have pot roast dinners with GF sides, which I haven't tried yet, but plan to soon.I think I'm in love!!!

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
