Knowledgeable and handling GF food safely, and the hamburger buns are actually good! I eat here regularly and never had an issue with the burgers, fries, or custard

I look up the menu online, since it's easier to see what is gluten free and what is not. They normally have paper menus with allergen charts if you ask.
I normally always get the burger with a gluten free bun. The bun comes out steamed, in a plastic wrapper. The burger insides come in a paper box.
For sides, the fryer is shared, so I get the seasonal vegetable, slaw, or chili. I like the chili the best as a side (small up charge).
For ice cream, I get the pre-packed pints. The ingredients are. The packed pints.
It is a shared kitchen, but they did a good job with the handling of my food and I didn't get sick.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
