I had plain custard and didn't get sick.

We researched and talked to staff. Believed that separate fryer was safe with only having French Fries. Learned that is not the case and they cannot guarantee other items are not fried in the same fryer. GF bun is in a separate package but only safe item to eat. Shakes are made with a separate blade if requested so custard treats can be made safe. Overall not a place for anyone sensitive or with celiac.

Bun is left in own original package. Fries are in mixed fryer.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
