You can get a gluten free bun and….They have separate dryers for fries! I am very sensitive to cross contamination so if anything with gluten is fried in the same fryer I get very sick. **I did not get sick** I had no reactions at all!! Ask the manager when you go in to double check. And they were so good! It’s been so long since I had a good hamburger and fries.

Got glutened by custard. After getting sick tested it twice with NIMA sensor and it was positive for gluten. Cross contaminated.

Offers Udi’s GF bun in its own package so cross contamination on that end doesn’t happen. Unsure if they have dedicated fryer, so I just don’t order fries. Milk shakes and frozen custards are amazing. I always ask to wipe down the mixing machine to be safe. Great burgers!

I definitely will not go back to Culver’s. You pay $6 for a hamburger and the patty is so thin you can’t even taste the meat on the bun. Not worth the money. They do have gf buns but it’s not worth eating because the bread is so thick you can’t taste the meat. Rethink your patty size Culver’s.

GF bun is packaged and warmed separately. If you notify the staff when taking your order, they will alert the cook (marked “allergy” on the ticket) who will take extra care to avoid contamination. I’ve eaten at several Culver’s, including this one, and have yet to get sick. It’s safest to go right after they open so there is less for the cooks to clean off the grill, although I’ve personally had no issues during lunch either.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
