If you ask they have a gluten free bun and can also use a separate fryer for French fries. The front counter person didn’t know what I was talking about initially but the manager stepped in quickly and ensured we were taken care of. Great to have a place to take kids. Not ALL Culver’s have a separate fryer so you have to ask about that

Surprisingly good! Tell them you have an allergy and they will clean the grill before preparing your burger. The gluten free bun comes in its own bag, and is darn good! Shared fryer, but otherwise the fries are gluten free. The ice cream is generally gluten free also, depending on add ins.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
