I have spoken to the manager and she said all managers and staff are trained in Cross-contamination prevention. Regular gluten buns are cooked in a bun heater, not on the grill. They have an allergy flag on their ordering system. Options include Grilled Chx, burgers, salads (with no croutons), some soups, potatoes with butter (no gravy), applesauce, etc. For dessert they use a "fresh" clean mixer and again seem to have a system in place. Gluten free menu brochure, available on site. Fryer is NOT gluten free. I have had an issue at a different Culvers, but this location seems Celiac safe to me.

We informed the employee we had celiac disease and the order was flagged red “gluten - allergy!” We called ahead so knew their fryer was not dedicated so opted for a side salad. I forgot to ask for it without croutons and they came out to my table to verify I did not want them included. The GF hun came wrapped and steamed and I assembled the burger myself.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
