I asked about GF and was told :we can; nly guaranteed the buns are GF'. So I asked about where butterburgera are grilled, is same place as all burgers. Answer:. Yes. Which means there IS substantive cross contamination.

This is different from other culvers which keep part of their grills GF. Assistant manager was not particularly interested iny concern.

Take Away:. GF folks should stay away from this culver's unless you just want Ice cream etc.

GF buns for burger!! Just wish they made the fries in a dedicated fryer, they are not safe.

First time having a burger since diagnosis! The gluten free bun came in a separate package and was warmed! The staff asked if it was an allergy or preference and were very understanding. This is my new fast food go to!

Let them know you have an allergy. They have a very good gluten-free bun and they warm it and it comes to you still in its bag.
