They offer a grilled chicken sandwich on a packaged gf bun. Fries are NOT safe for celiacs and the chicken is at risk for cross contamination and made me sick.

The staff was helpful and double checked everything for me. I was told their custard bases are GF and just the toppings are not GF (depends on the topping). they have GF buns and will give you everything separately so you can assemble yourself. they have a dedicated fryer for fries but it is right next to the fryer for the cheese curds and has the possibility for cc.
This location does not offer gluten free buns or other accomodations. Not a safe place to eat

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
