I blacklist Culvers during lent and for 40 days after. Should have listened. They must use the same fryers for fish and fries when they get busy. Got really sick from a Gf cheeseburger combo :(

I feel safe eating here as someone who has celiac disease. The off gf buns in plastic & a dedicated fryer fo the French fries as well as a gluten free menu.

My wife has celiac, and ate a grilled chicken sandwich on a GF bun with absolutely no problems afterwards. Bun comes in a bag separate from the ingredients, so you can be sure of no cross-contamination. She said the bun was soft and delicious, the best GF bun she’s had, hands down.

We are new to celiac so asked to talk with the manager. The staff marked our order as allergy, informed us that there was a separate fryer for fries, and the burger would be cooked on a separate part of the grill. The gluten free bun came warmed and packaged with the meat separate and all GF items on a separate ready. It was a successful first outing there and our daughter felt good afterwards.
This location does not offer gluten free buns or other accomodations. Not a safe place to eat

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
