I've tried Culver's with their gluten free buns several times. I've even told them that I am allergic to gluten and asked if they could wipe off a little space on their grill so I wouldn't get contaminated, but that hasn't helped. Most likely I get contaminated from crumbs from the buns they toast on the grill. However, some of their salads are safe as is their delicious chili with a packet of sour cream. I avoid the cheese since it might be powdered with gluten to keep the grated cheese from sticking together.

Hamburger looked and tasted like a repeat. Dry, crispy and only filled 1/2 of my Gluten free bun. Not sure how they prepared it so poorly. Husbands, not GF, same thing. Not edible. Only 2 stars for GF bun.
I do not have celiac, but am gluten-intolerant. I went through the drive-thru, asked for a gluten-free bun with my burger. The bacon burger came separate in a container with all the condiments on the side. The gluten-free bun was still wrapped in the package with an easily identifiable label. It was good and I was comfortable.
They offer Udis buns and will cook your burger on a separated grill area upon request. All the staff have been helpful and knowledgeable. The vanilla and chocolate custard is GF. I've gone many times and have never gotten sick.
This location does not offer gluten free buns or other accomodations. Not a safe place to eat

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
