it's company policy to keep the bread products away from the burger fillings, so the risk of cross-contamination is incredibly low by default. I've been there several times and I've never had a problem. the staff were knowledgeable and immediately checked in the back when they couldn't tell me something for certain.
it's my current favorite place to eat out, i actively annoy my family by pointing them out when we pass by. i always get the Delux Butter Burger and either the broccoli or fries, which are made in a dedicated fryer. I'm *very* picky about my burgers and i love it, they even sub out the raw onions for grilled when i ask. the burger comes in 2 containers, the meat/filling and a bun in a bag, so some assembly is required. the only thing i wouldn't recommend is the mint ice cream as it is a bit toothpaste-y, which is saying something coming from me. however, the ice cream itself is good and I've had no problem with the other GF flavors.
if you do decide to go to this location, i recommend you avoid Cypress Gardens Boulevard until the last possible moment as it's a magnet for crashes and reckless driving.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
