Terrible. A week ago they put glutinous gravy on the mashed potatoes of my son’s gluten-free order. This week they gave him a gluten free bun for his hamburger BUT put his patty on a glutinous bun. My son has Down Syndrome... but he was smart enough to recognize their error... too bad they weren’t.

Their gluten free buns are so good! They also take proper precautions and send your bun out wrapped separately so that you can assemble yourself to avoid cross contamination. The only thing to be aware of with takeout is that they will not add condiments for you. Basic frozen custard is also gluten free and so are several of their flavor of the day flavors!

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
