Opened my box of food when I got home to find a non gf bun in the box and my gf bun packaged separately called the manager she laughed it off like it wasn't a big deal and told me to just drive 20 minutes back to them told her they could kill someone that way she couldve cared less

My first experience at Culver’s. UDI’s bun come heated and sealed in original packaging, and GF meat patty/cheese/lettuce/tomatoes/bacon comes with ketchup/mustard/mayo packs so you can assemble the burger yourself. Hot and tasty and way more filling than a lettuce wrap. Worth the 1.99 up charge for the GF bun! Posted gf menu options attached!

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
