Person I tried to order from had no idea what was or wasn't gluten free. Couldn't say if they would change gloves and honestly seemed scared, bless him. We opted to walk away rather than risk it.

Love that they give you a separately packaged gf bun to avoid cross contamination. Staff seemed very knowledgeable about importance of keeping things separated. They gave us the gf meal on a totally separate tray. It was a breath of fresh air compared to most dining out experiences

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
