As a celiac I ordered the pot roast meal- no gravy or dinner roll. It was good, just not hot. And a little butter for the mashed potatoes would have been nice. I’ve also had the grilled chicken sandwich on their gf bun. Very good.

They have a gluten free bun! There are custards that are gluten free as well.. very good tasting and affordable.

The young lady was so helpful and understanding as I am recently diagnosed Celiac. She directed me to a flyer of their allergy information by the drinks and ketchup counter. I got a burger and gluten free bun. Gluten free bun was delicious. Too much bun for me though so I took the top half home to enjoy with a sandwich at home :) The lady also recommended a lemon ice with fruit (I picked raspberry) it was so good! She said another woman who comes in frequently gets it and likes it. It was very refreshing. Sioux Center Culver’s is top notch service. Also, I made a drive through trip the other day and asked for no bun (I was going to be lazy and skip the allergy part) and the man asked if it was due to an allergy! I loved being asked instead of having to say it myself!

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
