The gluten free buns are STELLAR compared to what's available in New England. It's fast food so you have to be your own advocate.

The first time I came here it was in the evening and the workers were lazy and my order took forever. Then once it finally got here, they gave me a CRISPY chicken sandwich. What part of gluten allergy do you not understand??? Second time I came during the lunch hour and I had my order taken by the manager. Celiacs and gluten allergy people beware.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
