Culver’s is my favorite Celiac safe fast food chain. I have eaten here and in multiple locations in multiple states while traveling and have found that their staff is usually knowledgeable and well trained. Your order will be noted “allergy” and staff will take proper precautions. Burgers are served with a Udi’s bun in a sealed wrapper that you assemble yourself. Their website has a GF allergen listing and this info is also available in the store.

There is a Nutrition & Allergen Guide available that will tell you what options are safe for: dairy, egg, fish, wheat/gluten, peanut, shellfish, soy and tree nut allergies. They use Udi’s brand hamburger buns and my CD kiddo LOVED it. We came twice while we’ve been in Florida. They do not have a dedicated fryer BUT they had other side options for kiddo to have with her burger. Plus, she loved the frozen custard.

First time having a burger since diagnosis! The gluten free bun came in a separate package and was warmed! The staff asked if it was an allergy or preference and were very understanding. This is my new fast food go to!
