the gluten free bun is terrible, but at least they have an option. i wish so badly they had a dedicated fryer. i love when their custard flavor of the day is occasionally gf, and they have a new gf lemon ice dessert i want to try.

This Culver's always asks if my gluten free is an allergy or a preference. The gluten free bun is served in a sealed wrapper, so you can assemble your sandwich safely. They don't recommend it for celiacs, but I have never had a cross-contamination issue personally.
I was told at this location no food is gluten free here. They heat buns on grills and then cook meat there.
This location does not offer gluten free buns or other accomodations. Not a safe place to eat

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
