The server checked if the fries are cooked separate fryer. A manager said that while they are cooked separately, the basket from the fish can sometimes be hung up over that fryer so they can’t guarantee it’ll be gluten-free. While that’s discouraging, I’m glad that they mentioned it.

I have Celiac's, but Culver's is popular in my family, so I tried getting the pot roast dinner. The staff too the time to make sure they understood my order, and later brought it out on a separate tray. They were also willing to give me a gluten free bun in place of the sourdough and dinner roll. Impressed so far, I'll be back!

They have gluten-free buns, but poor order accuracy (there have been various errors on multiple occasions.) On the last visit, they forgot my fries, so the cashier grabbed one from the top, bare-handed, and dropped it in the bag. I questioned why he didn't have gloves on, especially since he went right back to the register. He replied, "we don't do that at this restaurant," and "they make us wash our hands a lot." This is in stark contrast to other Culver's restaurants that bring out a specially colored tray while wearing gloves just to carry the tray!!

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
