The staff is very knowledgeable about their GF options and the manager was thorough about making sure employees handled our order properly as my husband has celiac’s disease. We have gone a few times and have never been disappointed:) celiac friendly

The gluten free bun is very tasty. Cost $1.00, but the keep it separate and it is sealed in a bag when it comes to your table.

I used to work here long ago so I know they take gluten allergies very seriously (all allergies!) I was ecstatic to find the gluten free bun and everything packaged separately. My only qualm is the GF bun is a little dry but their sauces fix that. I'm happy to have such a GF friendly fast food place so close!

There gf bun is to die for and the employees are really kind Culvers is the perfect place to go

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
