Culver’s maintains a gluten free fryer, and have a gluten free bun that you can use for grilled chicken or burgers. The bun comes in a sealed package and the chicken is prepared separately and packaged separately. Their custard is also great. I have never had any problems eating here, it’s my go to for GF fast food.

Be careful with the ranch dressing. It has ingredients that are not gluten free. I didn't realize it till I finished my salad. Sure enough bad migraine for 2 days.
Their gluten free buns are awesome! They also checked and their milkshakes are gluten free, which most places add a thicker that has gluten, so I was excited to have a milkshake too!
GF Udi's bun served separately so you'll need to assemble yourself. I only wish I could buy these individual wrapped buns at my grocery. Better than the multi-packs sold at retail ;)

Amazing gluten free buns! My favorite is the double bacon cheeseburger on a gluten free bun.
They have gf buns at multiple Midwest locations. They have training to handle things safely-clean the grill, change gloves, etc.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
