They are very knowledgeable on cross contamination. They can’t guarantee it won’t occur, but we have not gotten sick yet. The pizza is great! A little pricey, but thankful to know they are educated and take proper precautions.
Yes
great pizza, I always buy pizza here
Davanni's uses Udi's pizza crust. They have a separate preparation area and cook the pizza on a piece of foil to avoid cross contamination. Although it is a flour rich environment and they can't 100% guarantee there won't be any, they take reasonable precautions. I've not had a problem so far. The GF pizza is significantly more expensive, but GF crusts ARE 3 or 4 times as expensive even in the grocery store and every GF pizza I've seen in a restaurant has been pretty pricy. I do wish they'd carry some GF salad dressings, though. They have a couple good salads that are GF, but no dressings. You have to bring your own or take it home.

Ridiculous pricing. $14 for a 6" pizza. WILL NEVER GO BACK. THAT IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MY SITUATION. No salad dressings for GF salads
We successfully eat out here often. The staff has great protocols with dedicated space, utensils and ingredients.

It’s a pizza place like other pizza places. Standard thin crust pre-bought dough with toppings. Reminded me of East coast type thin pizza because maybe cheese and sauce is different. I posted images of a cheese and pepperoni one. I got sick after so not Celiac friendly! They make regular pizza there too, even though the GF pizza has a separate box.

I ordered a gluten free pizza and had no issues after eating. The crust was chewy... but being new to Gluten Free that may be the standard. 🤷🏻♀
Other than the crust the food was good, the service was fast!

Ordered gluten free pizza for delivery while at a hotel in the area. Pizza was good (not the best gluten free pizza we have had, but good). Was able to choose from a few of their “legendary” pizzas or create your own. No issues after eating. Would order from them again.
