Ordered food and told them we had someone with celiac, but they put the chips in anyway, even though we were told that those would be cross-contaminated. Not a safe place

There are many options here for gluten free! We ordered a gluten free dish for our Celiac son, and they accidentally brought it out with chips (which are not gf - they fry them in a shared fryer). They immediately apologised and remade the meal (and let us keep the contaminated one for free). Yes they made a mistake, but they fixed it quickly and happily. They were all just so friendly and nice - and the food was fantastic!!!
Yes
They have a gluten-free menu but trying to order off of it incurs the wrath of the staff. The chips are NOT gluten-free, they're cooked in the same oil as everything else. The rice and beans are safe, but half the time if you specify rice and beans your order comes out covered in chips anyway. Last time that happened I asked them to remake the food and I'm not sure that they did, because I wound up sick afterwards. They really don't like being asked about specific ingredients in food (I went with someone who's allergic to soy). They act like it's a huge inconvenience to them that they have to make sure your order is safe to eat. Not going back.

Fun and delicious!
Many options, tasty, filling. Decent prices.
Went today the server at the counter was very knowledgeable and explained that all the chips and anything fried was a shared fryer and not safe. Made sure to tell us to order with no chips and was very helpful.

The person at the counter said they knew what was gluten free and could answer questions, but they didn't have a labeled menu. This makes.ordering slow and inconvenient for a fast food. There's likely a high risk of cross contamination in the kitchen. I was served chips that should have been left off the order due to frier cross contamination.

I am sensitive to peppers as well as wheat. Though Mr. Coyote has told me this could be accommodated when I order a salad, the staff has consistently refused to do so, saying that the salad mix is made up ahead of time and they cannot pick the peppers out for me. They make up the salad mix.
If you ask to substitute corn tortillas for wheat flour tortillas on the menu, always check, and make sure they start from the beginning if they touch the other food. Multiple times I have had problems. I do not eat here any more.
When the person taking the order says it can be done, check to make sure it happened before you take a bite.

GF tacos. They will take extra care and warm everything on foil as not to get cross contamination. Make sure to say it’s an allergy! Chips are NOT GF.
