Wonderful service and options. I can't believe there are cupcakes and bread that taste so fantastic and are actually gluten AND dairy free. It's AMAZING. Day was made. :)

I have died and gone to heaven! This place is incredible if you need to eat gluten free. They.have amazing garlic breadsticks and ALL of their other goodies are not crumbly and very moist. Not to mention the wonderful service and samples!

I LOVE this place! They serve a large variety of foods and are always happy to try to make something custom. A lot of their baked goods are gluten and dairy-free, and many are even safe for my son with fructose malabsorption (because they don't put a lot of weird sweeteners and additives in their food). I feel good serving their products to my family because I know they use the same ingredients I would use in my own kitchen.

Great Baked goods. Everytime myself or a family member is passing through or going to Lincoln we stop and load up. I have been Celiac for almost 15 years and this is the best stuff I have tried. Totally in love with the cinammon rolls!

We just got back from a vacation to the Pacific Northwest, and Eazy Eatz rivals the best GF bakeries out there! The owners are so friendly and accommodating, and the food is fantastic. The cinnamon rolls, cookies, and doughnuts are especially delicious.

The search is over! THE BEST gf cinnamon rolls ever! Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, & accommodating. They've done it again!. GREAT stuffing mix! And we LOVE the cheesecake! The crust is DELICIOUS!

Best gluten free bakery around. I'm from Ohio and come here whenever I visit the area. I really enjoy their specialty flavors and the couple who owns the bakery is fantastic.

Best Bakery around and it is even Gluten free. It is so nice to be able to get everything in one place. The bread freezes very well and 30 sec in the nuker you have your bread for a sandwich. 5 stars since they do not have 10 stars here.

The staff and food at Eazy Eatz are both AMAZING!! It's such a bessing to be abe to find fresh, homemade gluten free baked goods!! They make the BEST sandwich bread rolls!! They have a wonderful flavor and texture! Their cookies are to die for and today I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before my spiced donut with rum glaze was gone!! They have recently started making bread bowls and I can't wait to try one! :) Thanks Eazy Eatz!! You are a true blessing to the Lincon community!!

This place is not only gluten free!!!! I believe its soy free also. There is no better place to get a warm fresh cinnamon roll. The garlic bread sticks are also amazing. I can't wait for them to open the sandwich shop. Even if your not gluten free, they make the best fresh breads. MUST TRY!!
