I loved Eureka pre-diagnosis, but was a little afraid to try them again. I was very pleasantly surprised! I was lucky enough to get Brittany as my waitress. She can’t eat gluten either and knew immediately how to help me and what to tell the kitchen. She knew to ask the cooks to change their gloves and clean surfaces and even spotted that my favorite pre-diagnosis burger has gluten in the mustard and had the kitchen leave it off. They don’t have a GF menu or offer GF buns, but I found them helpful and accommodating. Not sure if all staff would have been as knowledgeable though. I ordered the Fresno fig burger - naked, which comes on a bed of arugula. They have several sides that are gluten free to replace the fries since they are cooked in a shared fryer. If you ask all your normal celiac questions I think you should be able to eat here safely.
Yes
i’m celiac and extremely sensitive to cross contamination. i ate here and i explained to my server how sensitive i am. she was very knowledgeable about it, and extremely helpful! they whole kitchen staff made sure to clean their station and make sure my food was safe from cross contamination, the manager even checked on me to make sure my food was good. i highly suggest this place!

Stay away! When I asked if they had a GF menu the waiter replied "Oh, we don't do that".
No
Went to Eureka tonight and they were really great at accommodating my Gluten intolerance. I am super sensitive to cross contamination but they did a wonderful job accommodating my meal to ensure that I would have zero issues and my meal was great and no issues. I had the Eureka burger on a Gluten free bun. There is no designated fryer but there were sides that I could have and the Brussel sprout appetizer they made for me in a separate frying pan to avoid cc.

I went to the place for lunch it was very good. They have gluten free buns for your sandwich or burgers. The buns are pretty good, I feel that gluten free buns are either a hit or miss. And this place was pretty good. I let the server know I had a gluten issue and she made sure it was prepared separately. I don’t know about the fries, I got a salad so that is something I didn’t ask about. Overall the food was very tasty I recommend it.

I didn’t get sick the first time but someone told me they had a bison burger so now I have to try it again for the team. I’m very sensitive even to oats so I’ll let y’all know, I did specify the need for allergy protocol the first time and that has made a world of difference whether or not I get sick at restaurants. I do have a wheat allergy but not every server has knowledge on celiac unfortunately or that level of sensitivity, even if you’re asymptomatic, these tricks help you stay happy and healthy :)

For the burgers, you can get gluten-free buns. However, I don’t really think there are any protocols to prevent cross-contamination. For example they tried to still offer me the fries, even though I don’t think their fryer was dedicated. The staff knows what is gluten free, but not what may have traces. I didn’t get sick after eating here but I don’t think I’ll go back.

In the mood for burgers while touring East Fremont Street but unsure where to go. Randomly checked Eurekas! menu by the door and it listed plenty of burger options and a gluten free bun option for their burgers and there was no waiting (early Sunday evening about 5:30 P.M) so we went in. Asked about their fries and were assured they were gluten free. Food was really good and I had no annoying gluten contamination symptoms afterwards. A solid GF option, in my opinion. They even have gluten reduced beer and I was tempted to give it try but didn’t risk it.
