This is a lunch time treat for work. Lunch special is 2 tacos, rice and beans. I always order the stake tacos on corn tortillas, I use their fire it up sauce and I have never gotten sick from here. Been eating here since 2019, same meal every time.

Should have read the reviews more carefully!!! Beware! Wait staff does not know about cross contamination.. Asked regarding chips and was told they are gluten free.. but reviews here stated it is a shared frier. So disappointed and hope I don't get sick...

They are no longer having a separate grill. Risk of cross contamination. Too bad! They were tasty!

Server spoke with the manager and the chef to let them know of our allergy. We were told not to order the chips since they are fried with other fried foods and not to order the Asian tacos bc of soy sauce. We ordered the flight of tacos-steak, blackened fish, shrimp, and bbq pork were delicious. Definitely coming here again, next time for Friday flights

Very knowledgeable. Told me if I have Celiac I can't have the chips but that's okay...their tacos are to die for. Shrimp and steak cooked perfectly. My son is allergic to eggs and they knew what he couldn't have. Excellent rice and beans. I will be back.

I was really looking forward to this place per the reviews, but I am truly disappointed post phone call to the restaurant. FYI: their tortilla chips are prepared in a glutenful fryer, so celiacs steer clear. When I asked if I could bring my own chips to partake in the guac and salsa, I was told "we don't allow outside food to be brought in...". I then kindly asserted that I would just have chips so I could purchase more from their menu. Totally denied. So, in my kindest words, no thanks irrespective of their gluten free dishes post modification. If you want upscale Mexican food, and you want to partake in great guac and creative salsas, I urge you to go to Bien Trucha in Geneva or thier sister restaurant, A Tode Madre, in Glen Ellyn. They are 100% celiac friendly, they will let you bring in your chips, and their food is absolutely fantastic.

Good selection of very tasty tacos, all but one of which is available on a corn tortilla instead of flour. Homemade chips are also GF. Cocktail selection is limited (sangria or agave margarita) but good. My wife has Celiac disease and had no after-effects. Good experience, and we'll definitely be back.

Great, fresh food. Delicious! Tacos can be ordered with wheat flour or corn tortillas. Lettuce leaves are another option. We went to Naperville yesterday and Wheaton today. Both places were wonderful.

Loved this place!! They were very knowledgeble and conscientious about accommodating for gluten free choices. I chose the BBQ Shrimp Quinoa Salad. YUM!! Talked my son into going after his volleyball tournament, so I could order a second one to go.

Amazing, fresh food! Great service with pretty hip music and drink selection. They currently carry the Two Brothers GF beer and tasty sangria. The quinoa salad is to die for.

Very tasty and high quality food (grass fed/organic). The manager, Matt, who also acted as my server, was more than happy to accommodate my dietary restrictions beyond just gluten. He assured me that they would use separate surfaces on the grill and other areas in preparing my food. The steak and chicken tacos were delicious and I had no symptoms of cross contamination. The lunch combo is also a good value: $8 for any two tacos and a side dish. I will definitely be back!

Quality organic food. Corn shells and chips. Salsa was bland I thought and I prefer a saucier salsa myself too. But the food was fantastic and my daughter loves her GF soft corn quesadilla

Food was good! Enjoyed their portobella mushroom taco. Staff is very knowledgable. People said their chip and salsa was to die for... I don't agree! Liked chips but Salsa needed some flavor!!!

Food is great but double check on the corn tortillas. I ordered tacos for take out today and I got flour tortillas, good thing I'm not allergic. Other than that, the food was very tasty.

It was a small unique restaurant that uses unique homemade sauces. They try to use mostly local items. Organic produce, organic chicken, grass fed meats and any taco can be on a corn tortilla. The guacamole and chips were amazing.
