We’ve always had excellent experiences here. They’re careful and knowledgeable and the food is great. They’ve gone above and beyond with a member of our family who has extensive allergies. Highly recommend.

I must say that I felt like this place took my food sensitivities more seriously than any other place that I have been. Was trying to avoid gluten, dairy and some other things as well and they made sure that I was able to get steak and veggies that were safe. Now I will say that I was given take out and even though I requested specifically a gluten-free meal, there was bread in the bag oh, so I guess I need to take a star off for that. Dine in and you'll be safer. This will be an expensive splurge meal though, but DELICIOUS.

This is my first time time trying Firebirds and I was extremely nervous because the night before we went to the restaurant I looked on their menu online and they only had two or three things that were GF so I got the Colorado chicken salad it was good but there was not enough lettuce and WAY too many toppings. I also don't know why they would put all the stuff I got on my salad together it was pecans, blue cheese crumbles, cranberries, vinaigrette dressing and the lettuce of course the blue cheese crumbles tasted really weird with the pecans. it was a nice day so I decided to sit outside and eat but I could not see in the restaurant to possibly see my food.First they brought out the bread then they brought out my friends food then they brought out mine. Overall it was a good experience.

I had an excellent experience here. I checked the website before I went and they didn't have a GF menu posted so I called ahead and they assured me that they do have a written menu and are very careful. At time of posting this, I see that the menu is now posted.

My server was very respectful and quickly brought me the GF menu and said she could have the manager answer any questions. She did not make me feel that I was asking a lot of her or the restaurant (which so many people do) to accommodate my diet. The manager personally delivers the food of anyone with dietary restrictions at Firebirds. The manager on duty at that time was very thorough in explaining all the precautions that had been taken and left me feeling very confident that my food was safe so I could have a relaxing evening out with my friends. The food was delicious and the GF selection is large.

This is a great place for a date or for meeting up with a group where you can feel safe and you and your dining companions also have a ton of delicious options and cool ambiance. I definitely recommend it!

Great service for people with not only gluten allergies but for multiple food allergies!! They were very knowledgeable, careful with the prep and made it feel like is was a pleasure to serve you as oppose to an inconvenience. Will definitely go back!

In town visiting from NYC. Informative GF menu. Manager brought all food to the table and insured me that extra care was taken. Ribs and mashed potatoes were very good. Will come back again.

Once again, my experience here has been excellent. I let the server know that I'm extremely sensitive to gluten, and the manager himself carefully brought my food out, explained the extra precautions they took to ensure there was no cross contamination, and in general left me feeling well catered to. Plus, the food was quite good!

The food is awesome! Most of their food is gf, so there are many good choices for sides and salads, which isn't the case at other steak houses. Our gf kids love the ribs.

Everything I've had there has been delicious , and they make a point to note the GF menu options and take extra care with them even if the dish isn't one that would 'typically' have gluten (salmon and veggies, for instance). Never once have I felt like I was being a hassle because of my GF needs!

Great experience! Food on the menu that can be prepared GF is clearly marked. No ill effects hours after my meal. Would definitely go back!

Told the server I had celiacs and she told me what on the menu would be GF and told me she would pass on my allergy to the kitchen. Sadly there is no GF desserts and not a separate menu just items designated on the regular menu that can be made GF. Overall good experience!

Had steak salad. Was cooked without exposure to gf items. Even told me the starter spinach artichoke dip chips are flour based. Fyi for others that like that dip. Waitress respected my allergy, I would recommend as a date nite. Or brunch option.

Sensitive Celiac. Ate there in February to celebrate 3 birthday’s, with a large group, on a Saturday. The manager went over the top accommodating my gluten intolerance. Very knowledgeable about gluten free. Many options. My food was amazing, as was everyone else’s. No issues. Headed back again, with same group, Sunday after church to celebrate another birthday!
