Love this place. Very accommodating and the food is delicious. I have been raving about the cobb salad for days. Can’t wait to go back :)

We eat at Firebirds often and have never got sick from them. They have a good amount of naturally GF (marked) items on the menu.
I haven't had a food I dislike so far. The deviled eggs are amazing. I could probably eat 20 in one sitting.
They do offer free bread and sometimes will bring it out without asking, so we just politely say "no bread please" when ordering beverages.
The staff and chef are very knowledgeable and willing to make accommodations.

My husband and I had been to a Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in the DC area and it had been a good experience so we decided to try this location while on vacation in South Florida. The menu was much the same as the DC location. Gluten free was marked on their main menu and the server seemed knowledgeable. I ordered the Striped Bass dish and the manager came out to let me know that the ancient grains portion of the dish was not gluten free. I requested they changed the grains out with mashed potatoes. It came out with the mashed potatoes and looked safe. Everything tasted good and seemed great. I finished my meal less than an hour ago so will update review if I end up having a reaction.

Great experience! Food on the menu that can be prepared GF is clearly marked. No ill effects hours after my meal. Would definitely go back!

A few GF salad options that are pretty good. GF is noted as a potential option on the menu.

Told the server I had celiacs and she told me what on the menu would be GF and told me she would pass on my allergy to the kitchen. Sadly there is no GF desserts and not a separate menu just items designated on the regular menu that can be made GF. Overall good experience!

Had steak salad. Was cooked without exposure to gf items. Even told me the starter spinach artichoke dip chips are flour based. Fyi for others that like that dip. Waitress respected my allergy, I would recommend as a date nite. Or brunch option.

Sensitive Celiac. Ate there in February to celebrate 3 birthday’s, with a large group, on a Saturday. The manager went over the top accommodating my gluten intolerance. Very knowledgeable about gluten free. Many options. My food was amazing, as was everyone else’s. No issues. Headed back again, with same group, Sunday after church to celebrate another birthday!
