Staff knowledgeable about gluten. Was informative on what was available. No gluten free menu but almost everything is gluten free, excluding pancakes and waffles. Toasted my gluten free bread in a separate area.

Amazing the general manager made sure my food was made in a safe area. They brought my food out labels gland let the kitchen know. Great service and no cross contamination! Thank you

Super cute spot! Not a ton of options. I enjoyed the warm honey pecan salad with no bread. (they use the same toaster for their UDI’s bead)
No gf menu but staff was knowledge. Have GF bread but use a shared toaster so toast isn’t safe. Enjoyed an omelet
Yes
Went to First Watch for breakfast. I ordered the country skillet. Asked our waitress of potatoes are GF. She went and asked and said yes they were. No reactions. The s was my second visit. After telling my waitress I am allergic, she checked w the chef each time. First time ordered the ham and gruyere omelette. No reactions. Def will return.
Absolutely fantastic and great breakfast spot. Items on menu marked GF, wait staff was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Went there 3 days in a row. GF toast was delicious too.

I went to this first watch and the one in Brandon and got sick both times. They don't have a gluten free menu printed, but supposedly have one online. However it was not on their website. I would not recommend eating here if you are celiac, they do not have a designated area for gf food.

We came here for breakfast. The waitress was very knowledgable about celiacs the substituted fruit for tots told me to avoid the sauces and sausage theses contained gluten. Very happy and upbeat place.

Had "The Works Omlete". It was good and i feel ok. Waitress seemed concerned when i mentioned gluten allergy. She dis write it in red in my ticket.
Should not be listed on this GF site. There are NO GF pancakes no dedicated area.

Not a great selection of GF menu items, nearly everything has to be altered in some way to accommodate allergies
No
Not much of a selection.
To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.
They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.

My daughter has Celiac and I’m gf. They prepare allergy meals in a separate area of the kitchen. She ordered gf French toast and it came out seperately and marked. Our server was very knowledgeable, but others there were not. It has now been a couple of hours since we went and my daughter and I both feel good with no signs of being glutened.

They are very considerate when I order gluten free bread for toast and inform them of my allergies. I'm sure other locations might be less kind but this one is great.
Cross contact is possible I'm sure, but I believe they car enough to make some effort

Decent brunch food. Whenever I mention gluten free they know what I'm talking about and seem to be careful. I feel a bit rushed though, they usually give us the check before we're halfway done with the food.
