Menu not marked. They have an online menu where practically everything is marked as having gluten due to being served with toast. Server not very knowledgeable. They did have gluten free toast and we asked they not toast it since we made the assumption they’d use the regular toaster.
I had a vege omelette and my daughter had eggs, bacon and fruit from the kids meal. With a side of gluten free toast. We did not get sick.

Not safe. I've gotten sick 2 out of 3 times eating here. They're always so rushed. I tell my server to be safe because of CD and clean the cooking area but who knows what's happening in the kitchen. I won't be back.

My orders been completely wrong every time I've been there. One time I ordered a power bowl no bread it had bread so they tlhad to remake it. then ordered an Italian omelette I got a vegetarian. They kept asking if I wanted gluten Free bread I'm afraid to be honest.

Very busy place. Wait staff not terribly knowledgeable but very willing to ask the kitchen. Got a couple of requests about the order wrong but were quick to correct. There is GF toast, but that’s about the only GF carb option. We’ve had better luck at other breakfast places like Another Broken Egg. No one got sick.

To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.
They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.

My daughter has Celiac and I’m gf. They prepare allergy meals in a separate area of the kitchen. She ordered gf French toast and it came out seperately and marked. Our server was very knowledgeable, but others there were not. It has now been a couple of hours since we went and my daughter and I both feel good with no signs of being glutened.

They are very considerate when I order gluten free bread for toast and inform them of my allergies. I'm sure other locations might be less kind but this one is great.
Cross contact is possible I'm sure, but I believe they car enough to make some effort

Decent brunch food. Whenever I mention gluten free they know what I'm talking about and seem to be careful. I feel a bit rushed though, they usually give us the check before we're halfway done with the food.
