We pick up from here once every 1-2 weeks. We get the burgers in a bowl. We let them know gluten allergy and ask for a glove change. The fries are safe and we ask them to cook them a little longer so they are not as soggy.

Changed gloves and cooked on a safe surface. Lettuce wrapped hamburger and had the plain fries. No reaction afterward.

They do not have gluten free buns. The staff quickly made me a bun-free (lettuce-wrapped) burger in a bag separate from my family’s order. The website states they have fries in a gluten free fryer but I was told they didn’t have this available at this location.

Listed as gluten free; NOT! Only option is bunless burgers. Definitely not dedicated. Workers had never heard of gluten free. We didn't stay.

Just like every other 5 guys. Peanuts, no bun, huge portion of fries.

No gluten free buns. So you have to eat your burger with a fork

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.
