Offered to change their gloves when asked about cross-contamination but they already had fries in the baskets waiting to be cooked last minute so the possibility for gluten to be in the fryers from not constantly changing their gloves before adding fries to the fryer is pretty high. I'm Celiac and even after taking the precautions to avoid CC I'm pretty sure the fryer is contaminated from the staff not taking precautions to ensure the fryer oil stays GF. Also, the staff knew about changing their gloves but didn't really know much about preventing gluten CC.
No
I have celiac disease and I been eating there with no worries. I aways make sure and let then know I have a wheat allergy. They are always very careful and alway change there gloves. Good burgers no CC. Must try.
Yes

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.
