Staff were great! The manager was very kind to ensure they could handle my food with care and wrapped the burger in a lettuce wrap. The fries are also in a dedicated fryer!

The staff here is amazing! I always ask for my burger wrapped in lettuce and they ask if it’s because of an allergy so the cooks can take the necessary precautions. Buns are grilled separately so there is no cross-contamination. Not to mention their food is fantastic! A go-to every time im craving a burger and fries!

Staff took precautions to prevent gluten contamination from buns. Friendly service. Got our burgers wrapped in lettuce. A plus!
gluten free but NOT peanut free!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
