Great burger in a bowl and fries! I'm a sensitive Celiac and felt great afterwards.

Eaten at Five Guys plenty of times-sensitive Celiac and have never had any problems at all. Great place
I went in recently for a dinner to go and because they weren't super busy, I could actually watch them prepare my meal. I specifically ordered it with no bun and I watched the cook with a little trepidation as the people after me ordered sandwiches and he pulled out buns and put them on a separate griddle. Then he pulled off his gloves and changed them to flip my burgers. Then he changed his gloves again to handle their buns. Then changed them again to remove my burger from the griddle and package it up. I'm definitely going back!
Yes
No gluten fee buns, so you have to get burger without a bun on a plate. great tasting burgers tho.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
