Five Guys

They told me they changed gloves and made separately but the burger with cheese came out with several sesame seeds from a gluten bun on it. The remade it with the same process. Everything looked ok. We should have gotten a refund. My son was glutened.

I stop by this particular Five Guys all the time. As soon as I tell them I have a gluten allergy they usually seem to be familiar. You can ask them to change gloves. NO gf buns, however, fries are gluten free! I usually get my burger wrapped in lettuce. Only complaint is that fries can become soggy fairly quickly. Still, overall this five guys is a great option to grab a bite to eat!

We stopped they took goo care to ensure my wife buger was cook gluten free in a bowl. Fries are always good.

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.
