They were great. Made sure that they changed their gloves and I asked for a lettuce "bun" and they gave it to me.
I've never had a reaction here and they do offer lettuce wraps here now though there extremely messy.
This is one place that could easily offer gluten free buns. I asked for a lettuce wrap and was told it could not be done. I would go there more often (went once) if they could be more accommodating.
No
No gluten-free menu, but everything is g-free but the buns! As many peanuts as you can eat! Veggie option is pretty good too.
When ordering, they don't do the protein wraps, however, the manager looked at the order and came and confirmed whether it was for an allergy and then took the needed steps with the staff. Very impressed.

Great food. Do you miss French fries?? You can have them here because they only deep fat fry death French fries. Theirs burgers are to die for also.... YUM!!!!!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
