I come here often. They are good about prepping, changing gloves, and communicating with each other.

Simple, worry-free and filling
Delicious! The staff was knowledgeable when I told them I had a gluten allergy. Can order burger without bun or as a lettuce wrap. The lettuce wrap was very messy though. The fries were delicious :)
I have not dined at this location but have dined at others while on vacation elsewhere. They claim that everything is gluten free but the bread. I ordered my burger without the bun and we all enjoyed the food. Locally, I asked and was told that I could bring my own gluten free bun and assemble it at the table. I didn't experience getting ill so will dine there again.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
