They no longer have a GF menu, but a few items are marked GF on the main menu. I had the chicken salad, it was kind of salty. I started having stomach issues before we left the restaurant and I am not that sensitive. Cute atmosphere but I would not recommend.

The chicken salad was very good. They have a gf breakfast menu and a gf lunch/dinner menu. Food was good, servers were kind and really enjoyed the place.

We did have to wait 45 minutes to be seated, but the wait was well worth it! I had the Co-Op casserole made with egg whites, cheesy grits on the side, and it was delicious! The portion sizes are extremely generous. Our whole table had leftovers to bring home. Service was wonderful too-definitely an amazing breakfast spot if you’re in the area!

My husband and I went here for lunch and had an hour wait on a Sunday at 1 pm. They had a gluten free menu, so I thought we would wait and give it a try. When we were finally seated, it was at the intersection of the kitchen and restrooms which was noisy with lots of foot traffic. All of the seating was on benches without back rests which was not very comfortable especially if you have back problems.
They had a GF menu it was only for breakfast and dinner, but not lunch. They said it was because their breakfast and dinner items do not change but lunch items change. So, I had to compare their regular lunch menu with the GF dinner menu to figure out what was GF. I ended up ordering the BBQ pork sandwich without a bun with cole slaw and potato salad for sides. If cross contamination is a problem for you, do not eat here. Once seated, the service was fairly quick and the food was tasty, but average. Our server was very friendly though not knowledgeable about gluten free menu items. My husband is not GF and had the chicken pot pie and macaroni and cheese. He said both were very good. For having waited an hour, I expected better. I probably would not go back.

Limited gf items. Basically had pulled pork. Just meat, no bun. Came with a side of coleslaw and potato salad. Potato soup was just ok. Broth was thin.
Husband ordered brisket sandwich that came with chips. Out of curiosity, I checked the chips and they were GF. Thought it funny. Would rather have had the chips than the sides for my lunch.
Feel like restaurants can say they are gf if they just remove the bread. Not sure about cross contamination.

Overall I had a good experience thanks to my waitress.
I was told they were in the middle of redesigning their menu, so there wasn’t a gluten free menu. A man (possibly manager) came over to talk me through options, however he wasn’t very knowledgeable about what was actually GF. He “asked” the kitchen about the cream corn and came back to tell me it was GF. However after ordering my waitress came back to say she asked and the cream corn isn’t GF. She brought a list of GF sides for me to choose from. She made me feel much safer eating there.
Everything I ate was good and my non-GF family members also enjoyed their meals.

Last year I would have given this place 5 stars, they had an amazing gluten free menu. This year 1star, I was informed by our waitress that they got rid of most of their gluten free menus and there was maybe one or two things left that I could eat. Luckily the chicken chicken salad was still gluten free.

Do NOT go here. We attempted to eat here tonight after reading the awesome reviews. The place is gorgeous and we were so excited for a southern, breakfast style place to eat. We were told by the hostess that they didn’t have a gluten free menu and to ask the server. He came up shortly after to our table and asked who was gluten free. He said they had just changed over their system and had next to nothing safe on the menu. He then asked what we would like to eat to see if maybe they could try to make it safe. I told him that would be too much of a risk for us. He then pointed out that maybe two or three meats only could be safe. No sides. Go somewhere else.

Delicious home cooked comfort foods. I shared the Sampler with my son and we had lots of meat left over. The complimentary potato soup was GF and delicious! The vibe was very rustic farmhouse… we decided the best description would be an upscale version of Cracker Barrel. But everything was freshly made that day. Very delicious and reasonably priced. The GF menu was smaller than the previous one I had viewed on a previous review in 2021. I uploaded new pictures. So I was really looking for the prime rib. But I will be back with my non GF family .

🚨 I called ahead of time and spoke to a manager. They assured me that everything was safe and that the owner and daughter also had celiac, reason being for opening the restaurant 10yrs ago. (Beyond excited😁) We went, and no one knew about celiac. We saw a manager and told him and he pretty much blew us off and said, well, we'll do our best and walked away. We could see the kitchen and was told they would change gloves. Nope! Later, I asked for the manager and it was the same man that blew us off.🤦 He said that we should have asked for him🧐. We also found out the owner does not have celiac and the daughter, that he knew personally, did not have any allergies either. 🤨 So, if you go here you are definitely going at your own risk! They tried to make it sound like I did not speak to them, but I did, they just got caught in a lie. If you have severe celiac like my husband I DO NOT recommend this restaurant. Just go on down to mellow mushroom on the parkway. They have a separate kitchen and are very knowledgeable for all allergies.❤ P.s. they also have an in house bakery. Food was not good either except the chicken pie, which is NOT gluten free, and they were out of everything,

Gluten free menu. Server was able to answer our questions about df. Potato soup is delicious and served to everyone (not df). Had smoked half chicken, very good. Came with slaw and potato salad, both of which tasted like ordinary stuff that you buy in the deli section of the grocery store. Added a side of stewed carrots which were great. Hubby got ribs, very good. He also ordered a salad from the gf menu but it came with croutons. Not sure if that was a kitchen oversight or keyed in wrong by the server. He picked them off (not celiac) and is okay. Surprisingly, the server saw him picking them off, confirmed they were not gf, but didn’t offer to replace the salad. Sadly, no dessert options but there is local ice cream on the same property. Overall, a decent experience, but I wasn’t wowed. I would try them again.

The food here is wonderful and the service is great! The best part about this establishment is that if you go to their website you can join the waitlist before you even arrive. Five Oaks farm kitchen was very accommodating with a gluten free menu and several ideas to choose. I had the pulled pork with green beans and potato salad. Not a huge gluten free menu, but does have a decent selection. Potato soup is gf and is delicious, homemade lemonade was great. Tried the ham steak with baked sweet potato and deviled eggs.
Knowledgeable staff. Good food, had Prime rib, green beans, and greens. Gluten free menu, lots of options. Did not populate in app? We just happened to call?

We loved his restaurant! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The menu had items we don’t normally get to enjoy! Thank you thank you thank you!

They have a dedicated gluten-free menu. They have one for breakfast as well as dinner. We enjoyed one of the best gluten free dinners we have had. They even have pot roast! It was exceptionally good and hard to believe it was gluten-free! I also had the co-op salad with no croutons. It was phenomenal! They bring out complimentary potato soup before you receive your entree and it was all so delicious. The portions were huge and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. We sat on a large farm table and had excellent service. We will certainly be back!
Yes
Do not go here! Horrible overpriced food, that seems like it came out of a can. Awful service, and what seems like dishonest practices around paying your bill-ours magically increased after we gave them our card to pay. I would give them 0 stars if that was possible.

good sized menu! smokehouse options a few salads and breakfast looked great!
Gluten free menu with a few options. Server said they have separate utensils for gluten free menu but it is all still prepared on the same line. Breakfast skillets were okay but mostly potatoes.
