This restaurant creates the most amazing healthy dishes. I eat here about once a week and have never had a reaction.

Ordered from gluten free options and had severe reaction. I’m not celiac so it probably wasn’t just CC…. Was absolutely delicious otherwise, (they do t give you much protein if you order it though) so hopefully it was just a fluke thing. Just sad it had to be me.

Delicious, very nice people, I’m fortunately just sensitive to gluten and certain my meal was safe and that they’re careful and aware of gluten issue. Recommend it 100%, only issue is that if you like meat as your protein beware, I’ve had the turkey avocado salad there twice, both times it was delicious, but both times there was virtually no turkey in it. They apparently shred it and it’s just a couple of thin strands not even as big as a piece of Angel Hair pasta. Also they do an immense take out and delivery business so if you’re getting take out, order ahead or allow an extra 25 minutes. Great food though.

I’ve ordered from here a couple times. I always let them know that I have Celiac and they take it seriously and are careful. My first time here I called ahead of time to see if they could accommodate. The food is really good and I’ve never gotten sick from it.

The food is good. But everytime I eat here I end up in so much pain after for hours!!!

This is always a go to for me! I love their food and they are always knowledgeable about gluten. I’ve never gotten sick here and I do have celiac disease.

While the woman who initially took my order didn’t seem to take my celiac-based questions seriously, after asking to speak to the manager, he was highly attentive and helpful, and assured me he would prepare my meal himself. I ordered the salmon, hummus (with GF pita), and the GF Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious, and I had no negative side effects! I encourage fellow celiacs to be assertive and make sure the manager is aware (as the cashier didn’t show any intention of notifying anyone), but can say that this location can safely prepare a tasty meal for us!

Celiac friendly?

I ate lunch here this past weekend and had a wonderful experience! I’m highly symptomatic and was just fine after eating here. There is potential for cross contamination, but all the staff seemed very well informed and knew exactly what to do. I feel that this is one of the safest restaurants for me in Houston.

So many gluten free options and great for kids!! My daughter (celiac) never gets sick when we eat here and my sons who are not gluten free say the gf mac and cheese is the best here! I personally love the forbidden rice bowl. They change their gloves for my daughter even though everything we order is gf!

This place is SO GOOD!! Loads of GF items, as well as vegetarian and vegan. My food was amazing-I got a bowl (can’t remember the name) It’s a definite YES to this new find!!
