AMAZING!!! Everything was delicious! They have all kinds of wonderful treats in a 100% GF environment! A celiac’s dream bakery! We had the breakfast pizza that was on a thick crust with fluffy scrambled eggs and cheese, a banana chocolate chip muffin and a soft pretzel! My eyes were definitely bigger than my belly, so we brought some tasty treats home (apple pop tarts, chocolate zingers and raspberry cobbler). They also have frozen quiches and pot pies, cookie dough and other frozen items for sale. The owner and staff are very friendly and the surrounding area is very quaint!!! Highly recommend a trip to Flur!!!

OMG!!! I have been gluten free for almost 8 years due to a wheat allergy, this place was awesome. The spinach quiche was AMAZING!!! The most buttery, flaky gf crust I've ever eaten. I inhaled it! I ate a peanut butter cookie and was kicking myself for only getting the one; and pretzels...I can't tell you the last time I had a soft pretzel that tasted like a soft pretzel and was gf!! We are huge macaroon fans and I'm looking forward to trying them and the blueberry muffins too; didn't want to eat everything I bought in one sitting.

In-cred-ib-le. We’re traveling from the East Coast and had this place on the must-see list after all of the reviews on here. Place is small and cozy. Staff friendly. Large selection of baked goods. We came for breakfast and tried all of their hot items and a pop tart. Their bacon and cheese quiche had the best-tasting (buttery flaky deliciousness) gluten-free crust we’ve ever had — which is saying a lot after living GFree for 6 years. They had a breakfast pizza that was deep-dish style topped with fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, and sausage. Yum! 100% gluten-free and 100% delicious.

Outstanding and affordable!

Some of the best GF bakery I've tried. When I visit big cities I search for good GF bakeries - New York, Portland, Rome, etc. Flur has made my list of top places to find truly good GF treat. They exceeded my expectations.

For Valentines Day they have chocolate bundt cakes and lindsor torte cookies - both were great, but the bundt cake...I still drool when I think of it. YUM! I also got cupcakes, muffins and a slice of breakfast pizza. All were tasty but the cakes and muffins were my favorite. So moist and flavorful! Even the treats I froze for later were delicious. Bonus: some items are also dairy free!

Stop reading this review and go get yourself a chocolate bundt cake. Or two.

I don't think I have the words to properly convey how amazing this bakery is. First of all, everything is gluten-free, which is life changing for someone with celiac disease. On top of that the food is just stunningly delicious. I found the prices to be comparable to other small high-quality bakeries, which means they're more than fair for also being gluten-free. Sometimes gluten-free goods leave a weird film in your mouth, or are squeaky to eat, or leave bits glued to your teeth, but this food did none of that and was oh-so-much more. We splurged and got breakfast pizza, soft pretzels (cheese and plain), a blueberry muffin, an apple pop tart, a chocolate chip cookie, gingerbread cookies, and macarons--raspberry, coffee, vanilla, and lavender earl grey. It was all AMAZING. I truly can't pick a favorite. The flavors were perfect and nothing was overly sweet. And there were still items left that we didn't try (yet)! I can't wait to go back.

I equally hate that this place is on my normal route to work, and when the construction forces me to take a different route.

Everything is great, and not just for being gluten free. Dedicated gf, so everything is safe. The weekend menu is great: the breakfast pizza bread shouldn't be missed, the soft pretzels are fantastic.

Seasonal items: Irish soda bread is the real deal. Seasont fruit pies/tarts.

Aside from actually being able to eat everything, the best part for me is the sweets aren't cloyingly sweet.

Ever since becoming gluten free it's been so hard to find moist gluten free pastries. The owner is such a nice lady and very friendly. Such an amazing place and dedicated to gluten free so you don't have to worry.

Great find! all Gluten free Everything. I've only tried the muffins so far, but you'd never know they were gluten free. I'm so looking forward to trying everything else. Especially come holiday times when they offer other baked goods.

Omg, this bakery is the best place ever! Only suggestion i could give is more gluten free dairy free products. I recently found out I am severely allergic to dairy and gluten. I am slowly weaning myself off of dairy so that's why I was able to enjoy their delicious Banana Nut muffins, Blueberry muffins, chocolate vanilla muffins, oatmeal raisin cookies, and chocolate chip cookies, and brownies. Their coffee is amazing, and they have many many selections of "creamers" Almond milk, soy milk, etc. I'm so happy, this will be my little hideaway place.
