All sides gluten free, all meats but one gluten free, list of things on buffet that it's gluten free available. Amazing selection for gluten free and delicious food.

The waitstaff had no clue what gluten was, nor were they helpful in finding out anything. Wish I had read reviews here first. We were not told the cheese bread was gf or that the chicken was prepared with beer. For a vegetarian, the salad bar is extensive, but it's not an ideal restaurant for a gf vegetarian at all.

95 percent of the menu is gluten free. What a great experience. We had so many choices and the cheese bread was amazing. Not pricey if you consider how much you can eat here.

EXCELLENT! GF cheddar rolls without asking ... so good. Starts with a trip to the most extensive salad bar, which is a red wine pairing dream (wonderful meats, cheeses, fruits and salads).. then, when you are ready, they proceed to offer 16, yes 16, different protein offerings to your tableside. Incredible food and a fun experience. Attentive staff, highly highly recommended.
Ate here last summer. Just getting to the review. The wait staff isn't knowledgeable, but the kitchen seems very professional. Celiac safe, just without the confidence a good waiter/waitress provides in this area. Food is good. Also expensive.

Very nice place with good knowledge on GF topic by the boss. The Small cheese breads (pao de queijo) are very good and safe for me, had like 4 pcs. The meet is perfect, just avoid the chicken which is cooked in a beer sauce, so not GF. Wine list is extense. We had a very nice dinner here!
Contacted the HQ they assured they couod handle the gf request. It was a special occassion and I wanted to be sure. HQ told me to contact the manager, which I did before hand. Which he assured me they could handle. When I arrived and asked for the manager, he refused to see me. The waitress assured me they were able to handle a gluten free meal. I never saw her again and Half way in I was feeling ill asked for the check and they brought me a chocolate cake as a celebration for me. THEY BROUGHT CHOCOLATE CAKE TO A CELIAC THEY HAD ALREADY CONTAMINATED! Stay away is my advise.

Absolutely wonderful!!! So many options and the staff were very knowledgeable. I would give this place six stars if I had that option.

Excellent! Waiters very aware of gluten and the cheese bread - freshly baked for the table - is gluten free! Fantastic salad bar with the best fresh mozzarella balls I've had in a long time along with a candied spicy bacon which was out of this world with the meats! As someone else mentioned, this really is a gluten free dream and the fact the staff know about the allergy is professional and well received. My husband does not have a gluten allergy but also loved it here; we are from RI on vacation and this so far has been the best restaurant in Miami.

The gluten free bread, the manager walking me through each item at the salad bar, and the fact the steak is not premarinated and is fresh and pure. This place is a gluten free dream. Did I mention the bread?
Grest food, lots of options including croutons for the salad! The manager came immediately to the table and helped me go through the options which are many, also told me they are becoming completely GF next month as they are going to take off the menu GF dishes. Good newss!
Best gluten free meal I've ever had. staff were wonderfully accommodating. cheese bread to die for. bravo.

Wow, this place is great. I told my server about my allergy and a manager came to talk to me about what my options were and walked me around the salad bar to point out what to avoid there as well. The only meat you have to avoid is the chicken. Most of the salad bar is okay too except for the obvious stuff — croutons, pasta, etc. The entire experience was amazing. The staff is really attentive and nice. The food was delicious and so was the wine. Well worth the price.

Manager very friendly and showed my wife and I all the GF food. Kinda pricey but expected for vacation spot.

On vacation in Miami and was super nervous about eating out (extremely gluten sensitive which makes traveling stressful) so I called ahead as I always do to double check & was informed that the manager would greet us when we arrived and explain all of my GF options. He did just that and to my delight on top of the impeccable service & wonderful atmosphere, I was able to eat almost everything on the menu with the exception of a few items. I was thrilled to have so many options and especially enjoyed the "cheese bread" made of all GF ingredients yet delicious as can be. You know, so good it feels scary to eat it!! The staff were all very knowledgable & even made some of the otherwise gluten containing meats gluten free just for me so I could try them :) I can honestly say that the only downside was feeling full WAY to soon!! The price is high but worth every penny for the food & the ability to truly relax and enjoy a nice meal out again!!!
I went here for a company function and had resigned myself to getting sick. I was pleasantly surprised that the buffet had the cheese and meats on the totally opposite side from the bread, which was by the salads.
At the buffet I chanced tiny pieces of the prosciutto, papaya and star fruit. The tropical fruits weren’t ripe so I didn’t end up finishing these.
I signaled the waitress of my allergy and she brought out a detailed allergen list. This list showed most of the meats as having soy, which I worried was soy sauce. Though overwhelmed by our party of 16, the waitress eventually brought me the manager who took a trip to consult the chef who told me most meats were simply rubbed in lemon pepper and no soy sauce was involved.
Based on the advice of the waitress and manager, I tried several types of lamb and beef and did not get sick. For drinks I had Caipirinhas. Though they were listed as wheat free I did not try the Pão de queijo, which were prepared in a kitchen that also prepared bread. For dessert I wanted to try the flan, but they were “out” (I saw it being served to other tables, so they must have just run out) and was given vanilla ice cream.
Overall this restaurant did a great job taking care of me and keeping me safe on a very busy night.

So much food, we had great time here and left sooo full. A fun spot for the family, endless cuts of meat and salad bar. The rolls are safe, meats are safe, a few items on salad bar that we were warned of ( bread items). We had no reactions, nice lunch here.

Great experience here, told them of my allergy and they brought me a list of everything and their allergens: gluten was only in a few things! Safe buffet, all the meats except the tofu but I didn’t even see that. Highly recommended. All you can eat is $66 which seems like a great deal!

Mostly everything here was gluten free. I was hesitant at first and took some precautions, but everything was great. If you haven’t eaten this style before, they come around to your table with a slab of meat and slice off a portion if you want to try it. There are several meats that are not gluten free, but there were more than enough options without it. I was skeptical of the buffet, but [at least on the night I was there] almost everything on the table was gluten free. I stood there and watched it for 5 minutes before deciding it was worth it to check out a couple items. Taking off a star for safety due to the waitstaff; somewhat knowledgeable, but also apathetic and not willing to get answers very quickly (like 30 minutes into the meal when everyone else was already eating). My primary complaint was the servers — one was a little weird encouraging us to drink and drive (we did not, of course), and one just did not help at all. We went somewhat close to the opening and seemed like a decent amount of turnover with the waitstaff, so perhaps it was a logistical issue and has since improved. I had a vegetarian friend who went and found plenty to eat to hang with her family, but I’m not sure I would recommend that for the price point. I did not get sick, and was very full :)

I haven’t been yet but looking online it looks like their entire market menu is naturally gluten free. Apparently they can also serve Brazi bread. Hope to check out soon.
