All Fogos are safe for Celiacs. Avoid the bread at the salad bar and the breading on the lamb, and the beer on the chicken. Everything else, go wild! I don’t understand why the gal below voted safety at a 1-star, despite not getting sick! If I was shittjng myself at the restaurant, the place would get 1-star. But, to not get sick and still vote 1-star?!? Ludicrous!

Just look at the allergy guide online. Never been sick. The cheese bread is good. Stay away from the chicken it's made with beer

Pretty poor experience. I asked the waiter what was gluten free and he looked at me like I had 100 heads. Asked what gluten was. He understood English abysmally. I said allergy, to which he brought the allergy guide. I asked for a manager, which he did not understand. Had to eat the food, since I was on a date. Followed the guide and ate meat and sides. Didn’t get sick, but the experience was horrible.

Recently we here with my family for my teenage son’s (he has Celiac disease) birthday, and was very impressed with how knowledgeable they were. Both our waiter and the servers bringing around the meats were informed as to which items my son could not eat (essentially meat-wise only the two chicken options as they are marinated in beer). Our waiter also provided us with a list of every item on the bar and the side dishes that are brought to the table, and it was clearly marked as to which ones he could and could not eat. When it was time for dessert, a different server came over, but she was able to immediately answer as to which desserts were ok for him. He had a wonderful meal and not a touch of sickness/any indication that he had been glutened in any way.

Had a great experience here! Have a separate gluten-free menu that listed all kinds of allergens. Staff was knowledgeable and asserted there was no CC. Didn’t get sick! This place is a win!
