Honestly more gf stuff than I expected for a smallish grocery store on Kauai. But I was able to get snacks and a few ready to eat meals to keep on hand. Definitely good for back up food and treats as needed when you're up north.

They have GF options, I also shopped at Safeway.
Yes
They have gluten free cookies.
I picked up the spicy tuna after reading the label and convincing myself it was worth the risk considering how many ingredients were listed. No reactions but have had better on the mainland so a small let down but still worth 4 stars because it was only $8 and filled me up. I would eat it again for sure.
Decent options, but wished for more. Still, easy to get to and a good option.
Yes
yes,. they had some GF options (very pricey though) and some GF beer (Omission Pale Ale). I had better luck at Safeway... and for the pricey GF items I went to Papayas.
Yes
More than several options. Just as good, if not better than my local grocery in Houston. And with regular bread so expensive, it doesn't make the GF bread in the freezer section seem as ridiculously high priced as it does at home. They have the new pillsbury doughs, pastas, glutino products--including the family size pretzels I hauled all the way from Houston. I was very, very, pleased with their selections.
Several options on the natural food aisle.
Supermarket with frozen gluten-free pizza, all 3 types of Omission beer, Udi’s bread in the freezer, and great poke at the deli counter
