I got the “Best Snack Ever” and it was really good. I ordered the crispy plantains and told them I had Celiac Disease but they gave me the bagged ones that are sitting by the register. I ate some before finding out that those ones are fried in a fryer that sometimes has churros in it. I didn’t have a reaction, though, and the staff member who caught the mistake was very apologetic and offered to comp the meal. If you order the crispy plantains, just make sure to ask if they can make them fresh in the dedicated fryer.

Got a burger and fries. Specialty Fries were amazing. Wish they have gluten free buns that lettuce wrap burger was okay. Staff is not knowledgeable on which alcoholic drinks are gluten free.

The burger, drinks, and fries are always very good! I have once reacted after eating here, but I think the guy who took my order just forgot to flag the gluten allergy, because it hasn’t happened since. Love that they have a dedicated fryer!

It was amazing food! The staff were really good about making sure my food was gluten free, and it was delicious! I definitely recommend their beef frita and passionfruit batido!! The cinnamon sugar plantains were delicious but super heavy with the oil. Would definitely go again! On their website they have a tab called “menu guide” that will tell you what food options work for different allergens!

Always delicious and safe. Separate fryer and staff is knowledgeable. Being vegetarian and gf, only options are garlic cilantro fries and loaded plantains. Both are so good!
I’m not sure it can be made vegan/would be as good vegan, just a heads up.

Best bunless burger and fries! They were so flavorful that I didn’t need any of the sauces on the table. (I didn’t ask if the sauces were GF or not). Make sure to ask for the GF fryer. Cinnamon sugar plantains were amazing!! I will be dreaming about this meal for a while.

The food was great! I had the beef frita over lettuce with shoestring fryers (cooked in a separate fryer). I also got the "Lighter Batido" (all Batidos are GF). The beef frita was incredibly flavorful. I told them at the counter it's an allergy and they assured me that they are very cautious. When they brought the food they said "celiac meal". I highly recommend eating here!

Fritas is awesome. Every staff member I’ve interacted with immediately knows what I mean when I say CD. They mention the food takes a few minutes longer due to safety precautions which makes me feel safer. The bowls and batidos are delicious! Always a great experience and something for everyone on the menu.

Delicious. No gf buns but their burgers are good and the fries are delicious. Be sure to specify gf when you order the fries.

This place is awesome! They are very knowledgeable about celiac and make sure to take precautions. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer that they use when people with gluten issues order fries. If it's your first time going there, be prepared that you'll wait a little longer than the people ordering around you, but it's definitely worth it and the food is great!

This place is very popular and for good reason, the food is delicious! Even on a busy night I was able to get a gluten free meal, when ordering just let them know you have celiac disease! The other members of my group who aren’t gluten free also thought the food was delicious! Highly recommend!

Detailed allergen guide on their website. I had the beef frita (make it lighter) and a side of fries. Asked for the dedicated fryer when ordering. The person taking my order was well informed of celiac. I was hesitant to try this place, but I felt safe eating there. I will return.

Have a separate fryer and good allergan protocol. Just make sure to say you want fries with your frita or they'll automatically make it "lighter"

Very tasty!! Got a chicken verde bowl with salad instead of rice ( the rice has dairy in it) loved that they put my stuff in a separate bag and had a allergy menu. The place was hopping so it had to be good

Most of their menu can be made gluten free! You can get any of the fritas “made lighter”, which essentially means that they are lettuce wrapped. They will prepare the fries in a dedicated fryer if you ask, and they are so tasty!! Their rice and batidos are also excellent additions. They take allergies seriously and will indicate it on your order.

We just ate here. The woman who took our order understood celiac disease and took it seriously. They had a clearly labeled menu. I got loaded plantains and the cole slaw and they were delicious. We also had our kids, and the atmosphere was very open and welcoming. It was a bit more expensive than I expected, but it was so good we'll be going again.

They do a great job explaining what this ‘new to most’ style of food is. I had plantains and fries, a little unconventional even for their menu but VERY tasty. Totally worth trying! Don’t be scared.

Lunched here with my coworkers who do not have celiac like I do. The menu is organized not only by gluten free items, but also by other helpful things like degree of spice.
The person who took our order was extremely knowledgeable about celiac disease and went out of their way to reassure me that my food would be prepared in a dedicated gluten free kitchen.
I ordered the Best Snack Ever and plantains. Both were divine. Despite the servers caution that my food might take a bit longer to arrive because of the special preparation (which I’m always happy to wait for safe food), it arrived quickly and with the other orders for my table.
I didn’t get sick afterwards and would highly recommend this location for people with celiac.
Only word of caution: tables are shared spaces in some cases, but the server was happy to wipe ours down again before we sat down.

I eat here all the time and have never gotten sick!! They have a separate fryer for GF fries if you ask, and I always order the beef frita (with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun). They’re very good with taking precautions for cross contamination.

I have come here several times and always have a great experience. The fritas are served on lettuce to be gf and prepared separately and safely enough for celiacs. The fries are fried in a separate frier and they’re incredible. Definitely recommend!

I have eaten here several times with no adverse reactions. They are also accommodating to other allergies and food lifestyle preferences

I have eaten here twice now. This last time it took a long time to get my food, but they came out to reassure me that they were prepping my Frita in a separate area to be safe. The beef and chorizo ones are GF if you get them with lettuce. The fries have their own fryer and are tasty. And I love the twice fried plantains. I also had the Tequila-Ginger-Lime to drink and it was deliciously gingery.

They have the best allergen list/menu I have ever seen! This makes me feel more confident in how serious they take allergies. After you find what works for you, it will surely be good too as everything we have tried is SO good!
During our meal the servers took extra care to make sure we were happy! They even suggested an allergen friendly dessert we did not know about it — sugar and cinnamon fried plantains!! SO GOOD! My 8 year old also enjoyed it and the Beef Frits.

I was very excited when I read the reviews below, however I was not as impressed by the GF options offered today. The majority of their menu consists of Cuban inspired sandwiches, yet they do not even offer a GF bun or bread. Also the majority of the sandwich choices/meat options were also not GF. I ended up trying the Loaded Plantains, which I mistakenly thought were fried/crispy like nachos, but they were not & I did not really care for them, although I did not get sick (so they were Celiac safe). My bro & husband loved their yummy Gluten filled Cubanos though. I did taste their shoe string fries & they were yummy & GF. I left there very hungry & not sure that I'd return.

The coconut milkshakes are delicious! Fries and plantain chips also yummy. I got the chicken burger bunless on lettuce. Very yummy but hard to find parking and hard to find seating as it is seat yourself. First place friends took us to in AA.
Delicious!! Very accommodating & helpful despite my many allergies (corn, soy, gluten peanuts & hazelnuts) nut free place too!

They will make the fries in a separate gluten free preparation if you ask. Wonderful food!
