I have to update my comment from 2013. If you are gluten sensitive DO NOT EAT HERE!
My wife (not GF) and I have eaten here regularly for many years before and after my celiac diagnosis; every time without issue. I always felt that they took reasonable precautions when preparing GF food and were always helpful to try to make GF choices available. It seems since COVID something has changed. Yesterday I ate the same sandwich I’ve eaten there dozens of times before without issue except I got the butternut soup which I was told was gluten free instead of a side salad. Was really sick all night! This wasn’t just a cross contamination either. Something in my food was made with gluten.
I can’t trust them to made Gf food anymore. Won’t be eating there anymore!

I’m not celiac just gluten intolerant and also can’t have dairy. I was hoping to get a tuna melt on gf bread and just have it cooked in a separate pan so it didn’t get contaminated with butter from the griddle. They said they couldn’t do it b/c it was busy, and that flour is all over the place back there so cross contamination is almost a guarantee. Definitely not a place for those with celiac and if you have other allergies or intolerances they aren’t very willing to accommodate you.

They have gluten free pancakes, but cook on same grill as gluten items. Gluten free bread, but have to have it untoasted. Not for those with Celiac disease. Cross contamination may get you sick. Am always disappointed when I see something advertised as gluten free, but can't eat it because of cross contamination. 🙁
No
They offer gluten free pancakes and toast, but they cook the pancakes on the same surface as the regular pancakes and toast the toast in the same toaster. Definitely not celiac safe!
No
My wife and I have always enjoyed dining at Gina Marie's especially for breakfasts. Since being diagnosed with CD I've had to skip the toast, pancakes, and similar with the breakfast.
Just learned of their gluten free offerings and tried the gluten free toast with my usual veggie omelet. Slices were big and fluffy and tasty! Every bit as good as "regular" bread.
I'm thrilled to be able to enjoy toast with the breakfast out again! I'll definitely be back and probably try some of their other GF offerings.
5 stars!
It's a small family owned business. The service really depends on the waitress but usually it's okay. The pizza crust is a frozen crust (think it's udi's brand) but it's nice to the option to go out to dinner and have pizza with everyone else. They also have GF bread for toast or sandwichs and GF pancakes. Yummy! For a small town restaurant it's a great option.
The GF breakfast options are fantastic!! I had pancakes and eggs and felt like a normal person.
Regarding the other review stating bad service - ours was slow but ok. It's not a fancy place and there's not a lot of competition in the area to force them to be top notch. But any slowness was WELL worth it for the tasty breakfast.
Really bad service and all they offer is 10" frozen crust that doesn't taste very good.
