Friendly service-- could have been a little more careful. I explained to the waiter that I had celiac disease and could not have gluten. I ordered a delicious quinoa veggie bowl that was supposed to be tossed with oil and vinegar. Instead it came with a side of brown-colored sweet dressing. I assumed it was gf and ate it (no ill effects) but was told later that it was made with soy sauce. That could have been a problem with the wrong brand of soy sauce. Make sure you doublecheck what you're getting with the waitstaff.

GREAT!! They have a ton of gf options for all meals of the day. We went here more than once, since we felt so safe eating here. I got the quinoa egg scramble for breakfast, and the beet salad with chicken. SUPER YUMMY!!

Arrived based on this listing and was told no gf options available so I went elsewhere, most disappointing maybe should be taken off this site

Ordered fries with my burger. When we went to pick it up, GF "bun" was two mushy pieces of bread and fries were not available because they don't do them GF any more. Got bag of potato chips instead. Wife's steak salad was meh

They have a very large menu and many of the items are marked gf. There’s also a handful of things that weren’t marked gf but could easily be modified to be gf. The taste of the food was mediocre, but there were so many options and I felt safe.

Had breakfast here and despite the disclaimer on the menu they are able to accommodate celiacs. They have roasted potatoes and toast is prepared separately so had no issues for breakfast.

I wanted to love this place, but I was a little worried each time I went. Spoke to one of the managers, an English bloke, with glasses (never got his name). He was super helpful, but even after checking about options a few hours before dinner, when we came back for dinner, I told the waiter I had celiac, but I didn’t feel totally confident. So, I checked in with the manager just to make sure everything would be ok. My husband’s food came out and about 5 minutes later my tacos came out. They had to remake them because when the manager went to check, they hadn’t made them separately. They kindly offered to discount my food, but I told them I just appreciated them being careful and not to worry about discounting for an extra 5 minute wait. Had tacos again the next night, went straight to the manager when I got there so that he could alert the kitchen. Had their three egg omelette and potatoes (opted for no gf toast) the next two days. Martin was our waiter those two days and he understands Celiac, so I felt super confident with him. I ordered a smoothie from him and again reiterated the Celiac and he said he would ensure it was ok. It was super tasty and no reaction. Anyway, just be super vigilant, they can do it, they’re very willing to be accommodating, super friendly staff and food was very good. (Ignore the comment on the menu Re: if you’re super sensitive we wouldn’t recommend eating here. When I spoke to the manager he said they take all allergies very seriously, and I had no issues).

All my food was marked as having Celiac's and they did change their gloves, and were very open about what measures they could take to keep me safe (i.e. not toasting bread, no dedicated fryer) the sandwiches were good on gluten free bread as well!

Went here for breakfast one day. It was a bit pricey, but very tasty. I had huevos rancheros and bacon and coffee. They marked my food as a gluten allergy. It was very tasty and I did not get sick.

Great place, right next to the Best Western Premier. Menu was labeled and food was good with a decent amount of options. No GF bread or buns for burgers. I had the Chantel Steak Tacos and they were excellent (and DF)! Actually went back the next day and got them again they were so good. The manager did a great job handling our to-go order and making sure everything was safe.

We love this restaurant! It used to be called The Peacetree and now it’s the same place with a new name. Gluten free options are labeled on the menu and the server was very knowledgeable and helpful. He brought out my daughter’s GF meal (eggs, toast and sausage) first indicating that it was made separately. All the smoothies are GF and they have some protein-packed smoothies, also great for a picky celiac toddler!

Gloria's did a great job for us - answering questions and handling our food safely. The smoothies were delicious!! We went in the day before we went based on some of the negative reviews. We talked to the manger and she assured us that they could handle our food properly. She prepped the staff that we’d be in the next day. Had some great breakfasts - eggs/bacon and smoothies. Went back a 2nd time on the trip. It was delicious.

I ordered a burger for dinner thinking it would be pretty safe. Either the waiter wasn’t familiar with celiac or he was new. I asked for my burger to be cooked in it’s own pan when I found out they toast the gluten buns on the flat top. I didn’t feel confident that he would know how to share my request with the cook based on how he responded, so I found a manager and she took care of things for me. I got a burned patty on a plate with 2 pieces of GF bread. The manager said the cook was afraid to get me sick (which I appreciate) but it didn’t look too appetizing. I asked for lettuce, tomato, onion and ketchup that no one could have stuck a knife into and slathered on their gluten burger. She said they serve ketchup in a cup. đź‘Ť I had a salad instead of fries and asked for lemon and olive oil. The waiter didn’t think they had that, but they had balsamic vinegar, so that’s what I had. The menu says GF fries, but when I asked the waiter if the fryer was dedicated he said it wasn’t. I really appreciate the manager helping, but it wasn’t a great experience or meal for me. So, we won’t be going back except for the yummy smoothies. Their smoothies are marked GF on a board. The ones we had were delicious and refreshing.

Food was good, not sure if celiac safe though. They do have GF bread. They had to take my sons order back because it was on a regular bun. They only have fries in the fryer, so its not used for anything else. Very nice staff.
Gloria's is a cute cafe. Dedicated fryer for French fries, gf buns for burgers and gf wraps.
